William Carthon recently had his wish for an electric wheelchair granted by our Allegheny County chapter. William is a Vietnam Veteran who served his country proud. He is an active member of the Hill House Association Senior Center as well as a active volunteer within the community. William wanted to continue his service but was having trouble moving around. He asked for an electric wheelchair to assist him around his local community. David Dietrich with At Home Senior Services worked diligently to fulfill his wish. David received a wheelchair donation from a donor that wishes to remain anonymous. William was truly blown away. He was shedding tears of joy as he whipped around in his fast new wheels! Thank you to the Hill House Association for their support fof many seniors in the community.
