Florence T., 91, Doylestown, PA

Florence Thompson, 91, had her wish for hearing aids granted in August 2012, thanks to Twilight Wish and Dr. Patrick Murphy of Doylestown, PA.  Florence is deaf in her right ear and was gradually losing hearing in her left ear, making it difficult for her to communicate and socialize with others in her senior housing facility.  She is also legally blind and listens to books on CD; her new hearing aids enable her to hear her books more clearly.  Because of her limited income, she was unable to purchase hearing aids on her own.  Thanks to the generosity of a donor and to Dr. Murphy who discounted the hearing aids, Florence’s quality of life is greatly improved!
