Elizabeth Z., 75, Turtle Creek, PA

Elizabeth Znidarzich, 75, a resident of John Fraser Hall, a public housing complex in Turtle Creek, PA, recently had her wish to reunite with her sister granted by the Allegheny County chapter of Twilight Wish.  Znidarzich volunteered for 12 years as a senior companion through the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging.  Her wish was to visit her older sister who lives in a nursing facility in Texas; they have not seen each other since their mother passed away in 1979.  She and her sister are no longer able to communicate by phone or letters now because of her sister’s medical condition.  Her wish was granted in late April.
