Joanne is a 69-year-old woman living in Inverness, Florida. Due to ongoing health conditions, she relies on sleeping in her recliner for comfort and rest. Unfortunately, her current chair is very old and beginning to fall apart. Joanne hopes to receive a new lift chair that will make sleeping more comfortable and allow her to elevate her legs with ease.
