Carmella’s simple wish for a compact walker was granted by our Allegheny County chapter recently. Carmella, 93, lives on her own. She loves to go out with her family but it is difficult to navigate with her rollator as it is heavy to get in and out of the car. Having a small walker will make it much easier for Carmella to go to the doctor and on outings with her family. She has volunteered at her church for over 60 years and also volunteers at the senior center. Carmella’s smile says it all!
