Jenny Shaginaw, a resident of Baden, Pennsylvania, had her simple wish for new sneakers granted by our Allegheny County chapter. Jenny, 76, worked as a nurse for many years. She also volunteered with her church as a Eucharistic Minister and Sunday school teacher. Jenny has trouble with balance and walking and needed a good pair of supportive sneakers. Because she lives on a fixed income, she could not afford the cost on her own. Thanks to our donors, her simple wish was granted.
