Michael Harten, a resident of Cumberland, Rhode Island, had his wish for a new television granted, thanks to our Rhode Island chapter. Harten, 66, lives on his own and having a television is more than entertainment for him, it keeps him company. Because he lives on a fixed income, he could not afford a new one on his own. Until his retirement in 2019, Harten worked in Human Services for over 35 years. His simple wish was granted on Friday, May 10th, 2024.
