Maura S., 67, Greensburg, PA

Maura Shannon, a resident of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, recently had her wish for a rocking recliner chair granted, thanks to our Westmoreland County chapter. Shannon is 67 and her old chair was nearly 35 years old. She sleeps in her chair so really needed a new, more comfortable one. Shannon volunteered for years with Action for Animals, fostering many animals in need. She also took care of her elderly parents until they passed away. She was so happy to have this simple wish granted!
