Donald, 77, suffers from anxiety, but being near his best dog, Sunny, brings him peace. He wished to have Sunny certified as a service dog so that he could take her everywhere with him, but the process was daunting to him. Luckily, it was no problem for our CT chapter who stepped in to help with the paperwork to get Sunny certified!
