Twilight Wish Foundation – Annual Mae Krier Award
Recognition for person or organization with a “we can do it” attitude that has made our world a nicer place to age. Mae Krier, 2015 Twilight Wish recipient, is an original “Rosie the Riveter” and her “can do it attitude” was a major force in winning the 2024 Congressional Medal of Honor for millions of Rosies.
Nominee qualifications
- Can be either an entire lifetime as an overall achievement or is/has been actively involved with non-profits and/or has been involved with fundraising events
- Geographically can be anywhere in the United States
- Display caring heart towards elderly population
- Been part of successful initiatives that benefit the elderly population
