Kathleen Les, a resident of Philadelphia, had her wish for a laptop and printer granted, thanks to our headquarters chapter. She enjoys spending time writing books especially romance novels. Unfortunately, her Selectric typewriter was very old and does not work properly. She wished for a new laptop (with processing program) and printer but cannot afford to buy one on her own. Kathleen currently lives on a fixed income. When she was younger, she volunteered at mental health meetings to help facilitate them. She also fought for her son to get proper help for his mental health and his special school. Thanks to generous donors including board member Jon Miller and his daughter Tatum, her wish was granted.
