Residents of Delaware Valley Veterans Home, Philadelphia, PA

Gloria Dei Senior Communities and Twilight Wish Foundation worked together to fulfill a wish for the elderly residents of Delaware Valley Veterans Home in Philadelphia.  As part of Gloria Dei’s CARE Community Outreach Program, residents in their Bucks and Montgomery county facilities raised funds over the past few months to purchase a new television for the veterans’ newly renovated rec center at the VA home. Representatives from Gloria Dei and Twilight Wish visited the facility to present the new television to the veterans on Tuesday, June 17, 2014.
