Twilight Wish recently granted the wish of Paul Storm, 69, an avid fan of Nascar and the New York Giants and Mets.  Storm served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and, upon returning home, remained involved by being a commander and active member of his local VFW.  Until his recent diagnosis of terminal cancer, Storm worked in maintenance at Lafayette College for over 30 years.  While he and his wife never had children of their own, the students at Lafayette became like his children.  To boost his spirits, his social worker, Joanne Kozak, submitted a wish request on his behalf, writing that a visit from a New York Giants’ player would boost his spirits and give him something to look forward to.  Although we weren’t able to arrange a visit, Giants rookie Justin Pugh videotaped a personal message to Storm and sent him an autographed pair of training gloves which Storm loved.  Sadly, Storm passed away a few days after his wish was granted.
