Patches Visits Neshaminy Manor Residents

Twilight Wish Foundation arranged for Patches, a miniature horse from Jacob’s Mane of Hope, to spend the morning of Friday, May 18, 2018 visiting with many of the residents of Neshaminy Manor. The residents were delighted by his visit and all had the chance to pet him and ask questions of his handler. Equine therapy has been proven to improve the quality of life for seniors in nursing facilities, especially those suffering from loss, sickness or emotional stress.
