James B.,81, Huntsville, AL

Thanks to a wonderful donor, James had his wish to go to Washington, DC come true in June! It was wonderful trip and his favorite stop was the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial.

James did not have the privilege of serving his country due to becoming an amputee at the age of 13.  He has always had such respect for his siblings who did, and for all the men and women who have served!  His greatest wish would be to see the memorials in Washington, DC.  He has always given back to his community when he can.  He has helped Habitat for Humanity, is a voter registration deputy and serves on a board promoting handicap accessibly.  We need to raise $300 to help pay for his fuel cost and other expenses. Please donate today to help make James’ dream come true!
