Stella began working in housekeeping in a hospital and then decided to train to become a medical assistant. She retired in 1983 from Mercy Hospital. She now lives with her daughter but is alone when her daughter has to work. Last month, she fell when her recliner tipped over as she was trying to lift herself out of the chair. She would really benefit from a lift chair.

Frank’s dream is to meet his favorite driver Joey Logano.

He now has several medical issues that limit his mobility, making it difficult for him to remain independent. His nursing supervisor from Bayada Nurses submitted the wish on his behalf, requesting an electric lift chair that would make it easier for him to get up and out of his chair more frequently. His simple wish came true on Saturday, June 11, 2011.
