Florence F., 84, Quakertown, PA

Florence Finkbeiner, 84, lives in low-income senior housing in Quakertown, PA.  Florence suffers from arthritis in her shoulder and back and also had a knee replacement.  She wished for a new lift chair to replace her 12-year-old one that no longer works.  The new lift chair will alleviate the pain she feels using a regular chair and will also give her stability and help her avoid falling.
