Betty N., 71, Morrisville, PA

Betty Nemeth, 71, had her wish for a handicapped access ramp built outside her home granted, thanks to Twilight Wish and the Central Bucks Rotary’s Rotabuild program.  Nemeth relies on a wheelchair due to her medical condition and it is a struggle to get in and out of her Morrisville home.  She is a breast cancer survivor who served on the board of her church and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and a Girl Scout leader when her daughter was young.  Thanks to the Rotabuild program, her wish was granted on Saturday, September 22, 2012.  Through the Rotabuild program, contractors and volunteers donate their time and skills to help area families in need of home modifications that enhance their safety and well-being.  Thanks also to Wehrung’s Lumber in Ottsville for donating the lumber for this project.
