Barbara Arp, 75, a resident of Telford, PA, had her wish for dinner at her favorite restaurant with a friend granted, thanks to funding received from the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation.  Arp, a retired home health aide, is a resident of Grundy Manor, a low-income senior housing facility. According to her case manager, Arp is selfless and always puts others first.  In fact, for several years now, she has provided care to a developmentally disabled resident, cooking and cleaning for him and accompanying him to doctor appointments, expecting nothing in return.  Because she lives on a fixed income, she could not afford this special dinner on her own and was so grateful that her wish was granted.
