Doylestown, PA – Elizabeth “Lizzie” Rocco will have her wish to paint part of a mural granted, thanks to national nonprofit Twilight Wish Foundation, Optum, and Mural Arts Philadelphia. Since moving to Luther Woods Nursing Home last September, Rocco has come out of her shell and become very involved in all the art programs and classes there. She is a talented artist who loves to paint and enjoys helping others in the classes with their projects. Her wish to help paint on a mural will come true as part of Twilight Wish Foundation’s inaugural Week of Wishes, a national wish granting event. Rocco will assist in painting a mural on canvas and then enjoy lunch at Pat’s Steaks in South Philadelphia with her son and daughter. This wish was made possible thanks to a generous donation from Optum of Horsham and will be granted on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
